Project Runway

Today, there are 4,800 aircraft movements every year at the airport. This includes life-saving services, businesses and tourists. We help our regional communities every single day, and we are capable of doing more.

We need help from the community we serve. We are "selling" a foot of runway for $250. The runway is 5,000 feet long. If we raise $250 for 5,000 feet, we will have $1.25 million... and a new runway.

Opportunities To Donate

There are several ways you can make a donation to Project Runway. Our Donor Package explains all the opportunities, but here are some ideas you may wish to consider:

You can donate online through the Township of Laurentian Valley. Click the link above. We provide a charitable receipt for 100% of the donation amount.

Donations By Cheque or Cash

Cheque or cash donations can be made to one of five owner municipalities in order to obtain a charitable receipt. The municipalities are: Town of Laurentian Hills, Town of Petawawa, City of Pembroke, Township of Laurentian Valley and Township of Whitewater Region. Please note "Airport Runway" in the memo line of your cheque.

We are happy to pick up your donation, or you can deliver it directly to the municipality.

Cheque or cash donations that do not require a receipt can be made directly to the Pembroke & Area Airport. We are happy to pick up your donation, or you can mail it or drop it off directly to the municipality.
