Walk The Runway: September 2ndWalk The Runway on Wednesday, September 2nd Come out and walk the mile of runway in support of Project Runway, our repaving fundraiser. Choose a 1.4km or 4.15km route. The runway will be lit up at dusk so you can walk it at night or come out earlier and walk it in the daylight. Here are the details: About The Runway The runway is 5,000 feet long (one mile) and 100 feet wide so we can easily accommodate physical distancing rules. Masks will not be required during the walk. The event is being held rain or shine and proceeds will go to help repave the runway. For more on Project Runway, click here. Emergency aircraft landing protocols will also be in place (if required). How To Register Everyone must register in advance so we can manage the number of people on site. Step 3: Register in advance Email marketing@flycyta.ca to register. Indicate your walking time slot, route and number of people you are registering for the walk. You can send your entry ($20 per adult; $10 for those aged 12 and under) by email transfer or with cash on the day of the event.
