These Terms of Service govern your use of the website of the Pembroke & Area Airport (CYTA), which is owned by six municipalities — the Town of Petawawa, the City of Pembroke, the Town of Deep River, the Township of Laurentian Valley, the Township of Whitewater Region, and the Town of Laurentian Hills — and is operated and governed by the Pembroke & Area Airport Commission (the "Commission", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Use of the Website

You may use this website for lawful, personal, and informational purposes only. You agree not to use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, interfere with another party’s use of it, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its supporting systems.

Aviation Information Disclaimer

Information on this website — including runway, facility, weather, fuel, and frequency details — is provided for general reference only and may be out of date or inaccurate. It is NOT a substitute for official aeronautical information. Before any flight operation, pilots and operators MUST consult the official authoritative sources: 1. NAV CANADA publications (the official source of Canadian aeronautical information); 2. current NOTAMs, obtained from NAV CANADA’s Collaborative Flight Planning Services (CFPS) at plan.navcanada.ca or by calling 1-866-WX-BRIEF (1-866-992-7433); 3. the Canada Flight Supplement (CFS); and 4. the Transport Canada Aeronautical Information Manual (TC AIM, TP 14371).
